Initiate Your Quest
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free from any wear or damage.
Summon the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our alchemists inspect the returned items at our tower, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
